Large Format Pastels Book

I posted one image from a WK catalog I have the other day.  You may enjoy seeing more of these pictures.  This is a commemorative from an exhibit at the Ameringer McEnery Yohe gallery in NYC in 2006.

While looking at this remarkable works I realized that I forgot my pastels and so strongly miss them. Thank you, Casey. And I hope the computer problems are over.

Hi Casey,
maybe not quite relative to this post, but the format of the cataoque got me thinking; what size is appropriate to take on a journey. Im sure you must have some good tips hidden away somewhere but couldnt find a tag about "travel", hto I know you did italy some time ago. Im very new to this pastel thing and need some advice here..
thanks Debbie (in Norway)

Cool to see this.
You mean all these paintings are still in their original notebook, and not framed and behind glass somewhere?!!

Hi, Irina and Melanie - thanks for comments.

Jala, these are prints, and I know WK isn't known for prints of his pastels. His gallery put it together, and I got one when I went there.

Debbie, I take a notebook of pastel paper, such as Sennelier La Carte. I have a number of different pads that are 22.9 x 30.5 cm. Take care.

What kind of pastels are those that say "soft form" on the wrapper? Love WK! Thanks.

Hi, William. Those are none other than Diane Townsend's regular pastels, which she calls soft forms. She also makes thin line and Terrages.
